Any product purchased in www.dysfunctionalshoes.com can be exchanged or refunded, for that the customer must contact us via email firstname.lastname@example.org
The Dysfunctional Shoes do not accept returns sent with postage to pay or cash on delivery.
Exchanges or refunds must be made 15 days from the day of dispatch of shoes. The products must be in the same state it was delivered to the customer, without any sign of use, and its packaging. In the case of returns, the customer must send the items to the Dysfunctional Shoes, and after checking the state of the same, is done the due repayment.
If the final value resulting from the exchange of an order for products is higher than the initial value, the Customer will pay the difference, using as form of payment the bank transfer. If is less than the initial value of the same, or if is to return the product, you may request a refund of that amount by bank transfer to account indicated.
Items sent free of charge, in the form of gifts will not be reimbursed.
Shipping costs and bank associated with the return and exchange of products are supported wholly and exclusively by the Client.
